With manufacturing sites across the UK, we produce over 300,000 new pallets and 140,000 re-conditioned pallets a week and remain dedicated to helping our customers find the pallet that is fit for purpose.

Delivery of our services is ensured through our experienced team of regional managers who report to our Manufacturing Director.

We have continued to invest in our service delivery, which has included the purchase of leading suppliers such as Marlaw Pallet Services Ltd, Birchmead Ltd and Crofton Pallets Ltd.

Our range of services ensures our customers can access a solution that best suits their logistical requirements. These services include:

• New pallet supply: Through our unrivalled and flexible service, our customers can select from over 2000 existing pallet specifications, or have something designed to meet their specific needs, using our CAD design service.
• Re-conditioned pallets: In order to help customers manage their costs, we work with them to investigate if a lower cost, reconditioned pallet would meet their needs rather than a new pallet.
• Pallet repair: Very often customers will needlessly replace a pallet when it could be repaired at a fraction of the cost. Our expert team will return a pallet to its original integrity, thus ensuring the original investment made by the customer is fully maximised.
• New life Pallets: manufacturing bespoke pallets from quality reclaimed timber is a growing opportunity that many customers are keen to take advantage of in order to achieve significant cost savings and environmental benefits for their businesses.

Customers of Scott Group benefit from the most robust supply lines in the pallet manufacturing industry. We have developed dual supply lines from home and overseas resources to give us flexibility and resilience and ensure customer needs are met fast and efficiently. While Scott Group is a major consumer of home grown timber we also import 8,000 cubic metres of timber a month thanks to our investment in dedicated overseas operations. This includes a Latvian operation, where we source direct from over 250 sawmills, and other national supply lines such as Russia and Chile.

Our shipping services to multiple UK ports provide a consistency of supply that is unmatched by any other pallet manufacturer in the UK.

We were one of the first champions of Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) accreditation and our nine kilning facilities means we are strongly positioned to manage growing demand. Our customers can select crucial services such as ISPM15 approved pallets and approved Euro pallets.
